Im back .. well still wif a injure hand ... hands dont seems to heal haiz ..
but atleast i found out a few things while my hand is injure
1) The doc round my area .. well kinda are...庸医-.-"
2) Nv and i mean nv will i ever step into ma kuang clinc again!!

Dear dear wanna start slim down ... so u ppl out there better give her ur full support sia or i will .. eh will .. eh ....just give her ur full support ok :p
so i make dear dear a timetable for her to follow and i will be supporting her by company her thu the timetable .. monday rest but control wat she eats tue morning go running ... if can go swimming ... wed also running or gym ... thursday and friday rest but control wat she eats .. sat and sun she work and yes control wat she eats ... morning after 9 am no meals afternoon after 2 pm no meals ... night after 8 pm no meals ... cut down on snacks and soft drinks .. well tats bout all in the timetable ... abit 刻薄on her u say ? well i am lol, must be 恨心this time rd le ... she fails once ... i dont wanna her to fail another time le ... i dont wanna see her sad anymore le ...altho i love her no matter wat she becomes ... but still 心如刀割to see her sad ... so i am ready to become the bad guy ....sorry dear ...

Its was a malay wedding beside my block ( ok now i am no racist here ok )
and you kw that malay weddings like to hire someone to host their stage and also sing song .. its just so happen tat the singer at one point of the time was singing loudly
